A Look at the Upcoming Liverpool Christmas Markets

We wish it could be Christmas everyday – especially if we could keep the Liverpool Christmas markets, which look set to be bigger and better than ever before.
We couldn’t wait to see everything that’s going on in the city, which is why we have taken a walk around to see all the upcoming festive markets that will soon descend onto the city centre streets.

Church Street

There is something for everyone along Church Street, from festive bars and street food to personalised Christmas decorations. Rudolph’s Rest Bar & Grill will offer all your favourite drinks, such as mulled wine and cold beers. Whilst Meats of the World will allow you to try various culinary delights from across the globe, including kangaroo, springbok, crocodile, buffalo and zebra.
Got a sweet tooth? You’re in luck, because you’ll be spoilt for choice at the Christmas markets in Liverpool. A Kiss For You market stall offers all sorts of chocolate treats that will tickle at your taste buds, whilst another stall offers award-winning fudge that’s the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one this Christmastime.

Paradise Street

Paradise Street offers more than just festive markets – as it is also home to the tallest Christmas tree in the UK. Wait, it gets better, as you can even grab a drink under the tree in the Bar Hütte, taking your pick from one of 10 huts inside the festive bar.
Each hut is individually adorned with festive decorations, including skis, disco huts and even Carol-oke. Yes, you can sing some festive hits with your friends, as you sip mulled cider, a cold beer or a delicious hot chocolate. If you’re not lucky enough to grab a cosy hut, you can enjoy a festive beverage on one of the many social benches inside the bar area. Who needs presents under a tree when you have Bar Hütte?

Lord Street

Just off Church Street and Paradise Street is Lord Street, which offers even more Christmas markets for you to explore. Winter Warmers market is set to offer amazing novelty festive jumpers that will make you feel all warm and fuzzy, both the inside and out. You can also grab a bite to eat at Brenda’s Sui Mai or take a look at unusual items at The Wooden Plaque market stall. The perfect way to spend a winter day!

Liverpool One’s Chavasse Park

Liverpool One never fails to disappoint when it comes to Christmas. Not only have they erected the largest tree in the country, but they have also launched the Ice Festival once again on Chavasse Park.
There really is something for all the family, as you can sip mulled wine in the Après Lounge, can grab a cold glass of your favourite tipple at the Ice Bar or can opt for a Bailey’s Hot Chocolate in the outdoor barrel hut in the park.

Hungry? You will be once the aroma of the sausage stand in the park, offering everything from currywurst to bockwurst. There’s also plenty of ways to entertain the kids, too, as they can enjoy a ride on the carousel or merry-go-round, or can enjoy a slide down the helter skelter.
